Thankyou so much I've tried everything i can think of including hand delivering aroung 800 flyers around my area. I have had a few leads but none have lead me to my dog.
I feel that my dog has been stolen by some cold hearted idiot!

I'm so sorry Obie is missing.
I'll pass this on to my friends, hopefully get it circulating in Perth.

    Oh hell no!!
I'm so sorry ....I know that awful cold sinking feeling.
    (())Hugs to you .

    OK:
Check all pounds within a 50/60 k radius ( you'd be surprised at just how far they can get) and go in and check in person ,it is very important,he may be missed or overlooked if you just go by phone.

Register him all over the net. I mean absolutely plaster him everywhere.
    Find My Pet
    Gumtree,Dogzonline,Cracker,Pet Link.....just everywhere!

A flyer drop is a great idea. Also email a copy of one to friends in different areas to print off and place around their area's.

    All Vets in the area.

    All Dog Speciality shops etc.

I do hope he's home before you can get all of this completed though

    ChoppaChop gave some great advice.
    Also, call your local council.
Tell them that your missing your dog.
I so hope he comes back for you!

    Things i've done so far...

I've visited three surounding pounds and left them a poster of my dog and have registered him as lost. I call them regualrly, they know me now.

Called all the local vets i can think of and registered with them, also left them posters.

Pinned up posters around schools, pubs, parks, sports grounds, shops, petrol stations and many many street poles.

Ive posted 800+ Flyers into letter boxes all around my area.

Ive advertised him to forums, lost and found sites, a couple local papers and a Perth Classifieds paper (quokka).

And sent emails to dog rescue groups that check the pounds regularly. Also emailed to dog shelters. Both of these groups have nicely forwarded it onto to everyone they know in the dog world.

Apart from all that I don't know what else to do now.
I have had many leads and have gone to see 4 dogs now but still no Obie.
Hes been mising since the 17th of july 2009 and I miss him dearly.
