Default Scent marking in garden beds.

    Hi guys,

I have an Aussie Bulldog that has a habit of kicking up his hind legs after marking I don't mind that he does it but it really p's me off when he gets into my garden bed and does it.
I've tried taking him to the garden bed and correcting him (on lead) at the boundary of the garden and I thought that this may have worked as I got him to a point that he would not chase his ball into the garden but as soon as I go out he is back in there marking and kicking sand and mulch every where. I also tried putting dog reppellant granules in there to cover his old scent but that just made it 10X worse!

Is there a way to train him to stop marking? I've read on the net that it may be a leader ship problem and the more insecure the dog the more marking.
Markig isn't actually the problem it;s the scent spreading that comes with it that annoys me.
