I actually convinced my godsons to pick up my dog pop as a chore. Child labour costs are great. They didn't want to and then I offered 5 cents per poo, but 10 cents if it was a big one :P it only cost me $1.95 and my yard was clean. They were literally racing eachother to grab the poo coz they wanted the 5 cents, haha.

I feel guilty if i don't get them out of the house, i don't like the idea of being cooped up in a house all day - drives me crazy, so i figured my dogs feel the same. Rex especially has his own routine - he knows when my mum's alarm goes off in the morning it's time for a walk (get's all excited, runs to the bucket with the leads in it) however in the weekend when she's not working, her alarm doesn't go off so he know's no morning walk. He also know's when about he's due for an afternoon walk/or the park because it's usually around the time i arrive home from the gym, and as soon as i get in the doorway he's up on the bench where i keep my leads. So even if i couldn't be bothered i don't really have a choice because he's always reminding me lol. Both Molly & Benji love their morning walks, but both aren't a fan of the afternoon ones (too hot & they're both lazy) Benji is usually happy to stay behind, if he really wants to come he will follow me, but the majority he'll sit on the couch all avo. Molly only comes because she doesn't like it when me and Rex are together (she gets very jealous, i can't even pat him without her barging in) and she thinks she's missing out on something!

Do a careful watch on that. I paid my kids to pick out spiny burrs and catsheads out of the carpet. I watched them supposedly put them all in the bin with half an eye.
Many years later they both admitted to reseeding the carpet with some for "next time" lmao

    Little turds.
