I am not sure where there is a thread, but i have found toilet training relatively straight forward with my pup, he is now 4 mths and only has the odd accident. You can purchase toilet training pads from pet stores if you want him to wee or poo in one spot inside, but it is easy enough just to take your pup outside to do his business. Take him outside first thing in the morning when he wakes up, after every meal, after every nap and last thing before bed. Also if he starts sniffing the ground, or maybe whimpering for no reason, take him out. It can be tedious, but soon enough you will both get into a routine and he will always let you know when he needs to go or will go outside himself if he has access to outside. Hope this helps.

And to add to all that good info, ...........Keep a sense of humour and it is always your fault when a mistake is made, never the puppy's

And many lack of sleep nights to come too
