Oh my! That's shocking! I don't want to get that bad at all!

What a nutjob! At least you were apologised to.

Hey !! She's a pretty cute puppy, so the dog obviously had good taste.

I've seen some amazing & some quite disgusting things at dog trials. Quite a few trophy hunters will take their dogs "out the back" & "discipline" them when they blow exercises. One person didn't even bother hiding their displeasure. They picked the dog up by it's neck & slammed it on the ground. I had to look away because I started to cry.

On the funny side of things ..... an experienced lab was in its heeling pattern. All of a sudden, it went racing out of the ring up into the far distant hils, had a huge dump, raced back down the hill, assumed the heel position & they continued. Both dog & handler got a standing ovation when they finished their routine.

I knew that. I've known this bloke for years. He should have retired the dog years ago because it just drags it's arse around the ring. It probably thought "Stuff you XXX. This is boring. I'm off to see this new young thing. Hello Baby."

I think the lab & it's owner were in UD, so were experienced triallers. The dog clearly thought "Dump in the ring. That's 10 misdemeanour points. Can't have that. Stand there. I'll just pop out, do my biz & be right back."

    It was.

Not sure what "shizz" is, so not sure how to answer that.

Oh, I see. I'm not sure what happened to the handler as I quickly turned to block my dog from seeing or hearing what was happening. I've never treated my dogs like that, so I'm assuming it would be a shock for them to witness that sort of behaviour in other humans.

I wouldve caught that handler and given him an earful. I cant belive someone would treat an animal they were supposed to love like that. Its sickening.
