    Digging is not always a boredom problem. Some dogs dig simply because it was what they were bred to do. Terriers and Dachshunds for example were bred to go to ground to catch their prey. That's where the name Terrier came from. This is why having their own digging space is so important.

    My Pharaoh Hound, Khai, is a magnificent digger. My yard looks like a battlefield. I have been told that he is prolly after rats...I live in the bush....and they live underground???? He has caught a few rats so maybe that is correct.
    The more people I meet, the more I like my dogs.
