I have emailed them. I will post something if I hear back. It was a good suggestion.

As you have no phone to use surely you have someone who you can email to ring and ask your council what the rules are?

Hell, I can do that for you if you pm me with the council's number or the shire it is and the questions you want answered re a short time situation with a third dog.

Ahh, it is not your shire. I can still get the answers for you.

Moderator removed the list.. apparently, it is advertising. It can be found easily on Google. I have emailed all the Q labradoodle breeders.
    Thanks for trying.

I'm now not sure who is talking with whom. Di-dee, if your first line is directed at me,.. I'm isolated here. I have only had my computer a short time. Most of my close friends are overseas or dead, most were much older than me. My closest friends are travelling the world or adventure trekking around australia. I think Oodle has the name of the right pound. I'm going to lose 1/2 of tomorrow here, can't get out of it. I know less than Oodles. I just heard the sad story, and was hoping someone close by, would be able to help. I reluctantly felt I had to explain why I wasn't doing what I naturally would have done, in different circumstances, and I believe I have made more sacrifices for animals than most people, and I am weeping because it appears I am supposed to justify why I am not doing everything myself, with a faulty computer I don't know how to work, with less information, than others.
I explained why I couldn't do more, and then had to confess my personal problems, so someone can continue to ask me to justify that I can't do more. I just wanted to try to save a dog's life.

Why would anyone ever try again to ask for help for a dog, with this accusitory questioning that was, for the most part, explained on the first couple of pages, and not respond simply, with a generosity of spirit. You have a phone, you have a computer. Why do I have to find you the phone no? You are NOT doing anything for me , but for a dog to live. If you can or want to help, use your brain, use your common sense, and your facilities at hand, or piss off. DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. Do it to save a dog, OR NOT.

Chops, now you see me upset.

We've got rules about linking to other websites. And more rules about promoting ethical breeding. The list breaches the first one about linking, and potentially the second - because these breeders do not all belong to organisations that have code of ethics. And the labradoodle association has a code of ethics that conflicts with the RSPCA requirements for responsible breeders.

The current rule about advertising cross bred puppies goes like this:
As we have a bias for ethical breeding, and discourage people from cross breeding and back yard breeding, we will only be accepting threads which are advertising registered puppies, rescue puppies, and cross breed puppies for give away.
Though I'd like that to include desexed and microchipped and must be at least 8 weeks before leaving the litter and always have an adoption fee - as suggested by pet rescue.
    http://www.petrescue.com.au/rehoming...home_your_pet/

So I'm not going to allow a giant list of designer dog breeders. If people want it, they can google.

I asked about emailing a friend who could phone for you.

    Then thought more and

As you said you had no phone MM I was offering to make a call for you to find out about the dog rules in your shire. I don't see what was so upsetting in me offering to find the information in this way.

Is t prudent for this dog to have a proper temperament assessment before attempted rescue? It won't do anyone any good to race around and arrange things for a dog that is not suited to rehoming.

There are lots of worthy dogs in pounds each week, regardless of fashionable "oodle" titles.

Is this the same dog I have seen on QLD gumtree?

Men, I am unsure why you are upset about anything in this thread, nobody asked you to justify anything. Its a bit drama queenish.
