Default VIC Senior lab X looking for rehome or several months foster care

Okay I'm reposting this with original poster's permission. I have contact details for the mother who currently owns Tyson which I am happy to pass on to any interested parties.
The short run down is Tyson's mum is getting too frail to care for him, his daughter has been keen to take him but is currently renting no pets allowed. She is renting because the new home they are building is currently 18 MONTHS
overdue which is why the situation has become increasingly more of a problem with Tyson's loving mum getting steadily frailer.
    Sorry no pics atm.

Needed: A very special home to care for an 11yo lab X kelpie. Tyson is a gorgeous, friendly, gentle dog who is fantastic with children and all people alike. Loves attention and would do anything for a cuddle. Unfortunately my mother is disabled and is no longer able to keep up with his feeding and exercise requirements.
Save your judgements please this is heartbreaking for everyone involved but there is nowhere else for him to go, my mother lives alone and is in incredible amounts of pain making feeding him very challenging and walking him impossible (I am unable to have dogs where I live or would have taken him).
Tyson is desexed, vaccinated, wormed, de-loused, microchipped (pretty sure) and in great condition health-wise - he suffers from one sided laryngeal paralysis and appears to be developing some arthritis which has been managed thus far very well using natural methods, full details available to prospective new owners.
Tyson will not go to any home, only the best. If you are able to offer a loving home, with room for him to move and plenty of time to give to him please inbox me for further details. Thanks in advance.

In my contacts with the daughter I have gleaned this further info:

He was diagnosed a couple of months ago as having one sided laryngeal paralysis which doesn't mean much he coughs a bit because of it and food is better wet and somewhat mushy as opposed to dry (dry food just gets wet down) the vet said it's rarely an issue but sometimes can progress to both sides the hot weather if he gets dehydrated and begins panting is what you need to try and avoid. Any signs of impaired breathing would require a vet. So far it's only ever been a cough and otherwise he's in brilliant health, a touch overweight.
Beautiful friendly dog, very gentle with children though of course can get excited and knock them over, my daughter is 3 and he stops and sits at her command and she adores him (she is petrified of other dogs).
We love him! Can't think of anything else to add, will have to get mum to check he is microchipped pretty sure he was done when desexed but she can't remember.
*** Please note if our house ever gets built we'd be more then happy to take him back if perhaps someone was only able to take him short term. I can't give you a date for our house though it was supposed to be done by this Christmas just gone and the one before also. At this point we're working on roughly April but that's not guaranteed.

If anyone knows of a home suitable for Tyson or even sometime willing to foster for the immediate term I am happy to pass on the contact phone number. I have asked for pics will update if I get any.

Where abouts (general area) is this dog and how is he with other dogs? And is he an indoor or outdoor dog?
