Default Pharaoh Hound Blend Dog in Need of Help‏

    Hi

My name is Michael and I am a Volunteer at Pets Haven (Pro-Life) Animal Shelter in Woodend VIC Pets Haven|Dogs and cats for adoption. I have been spending a bit of time with a lovely Pharaoh Hound Blend named Rosetta, due to her high energy she is having trouble being adopted so I thought I would reach out to people who love the Hound breed and see if they could spread the word and hopefully find this beautiful, smart pup a new forever home. Here is a link to all her details Pets Haven| Dogs for Adoption

I thank you for your time and really hope you can help me find a home for her.

    Regards
    Michael Weston

Wow what a great looking hound! Look at that structure!
All the best to Rosetta, I hope an active / sporting family or person find her, she looks great.

    Hi Michael,

Beautiful. I suppose you know about this dog very well. Can you be able to provide your thought of minimum requirements for this dog and an ideal owner? Thanks.

I hope she gets loads of practice interacting with other dogs.

There is one that visited our dog park a few times and initially was far to boisterous, and eventually attacked every dog it could catch - which was most of them, the hound being very fast. Haven't seen it since then. Mostly owner fault for not socialising the dog enough when it was small and manageable.

Rosetta has thankfully been adopted so I hope she has now found her forever home. It is very sad when animals have to pay the price of humans mistakes. Responsible Pet ownership is a must and I really hope one day they introduce a licencing system for animal ownership. There are still many animals that desrve a loving home at Pets Haven|Dogs and cats for adoption so please spread the word.
