Poor Dorte, take those deep breaths, count to 10 and try and make the stress leave! Tell the pain to "get out"!

Well since I think you need some positive vibes, the plus side to Eddie having Canine Cough is perhaps it will slow him down enough for the others two to get to know him when he's not being so full on.

Your two should only get a mild case if any having been vaccinated against it & fingers crossed that it doesn't happen at all

I know it doesn't really help much but I was just trying to put a positive spin on the situation.

Yeah I love how vets say that, "keep the dog quiet".

Why don't they just come out and say "crate your dog".

Given Ruby and Sumo are vaccinated, if they do come down with KC it will only be mild. I have had it through my pack from a foster, sounds terrible but a few doses of brondecon expectorant and they were fine.

KC comes in many different strains, but given they are vaccinated, it should only pass the surface. Honey and lemon in water through a suringe will also soothe

Umm I think you can give them benadryl, but if you have a health shop go get a small tub of manuka honey, it's expensive but has antibacterial properties, dissolve a teaspoon in hot water and add to their water. Will help soothe the throat too.

Damn, I was hoping I was wrong last week about the KC.

Big hugs to all of you. XOXOXOX
