    Oh clea ....Im tearing up!

I found Butch too and showed OH! We honestly think there is a BIG possibility that Butch and Tyson are from the same litter! They are spitting images of one another and are the same age!

I really wonder about some people

It would mean this boy will have a forever home for the rest of his days with people who understand him and will love him to death!
That is just so good, and I wouldnt be at all surprised if he gets a new lease on life physically as well and enjoys the company of another dog, and new Mum too

Awww Clea, he is gorgeous. How could people be so cruel after having him for 10 years. That breaks my heart. Good for you for giving him a go and I hope and pray that he gets on well with your crew. Good luck!!! I agree with PL, he prolly will get a new lease for life.
The more people I meet, the more I like my dogs.

awww Dorte, Butch is a gorgeous looking boy. I so hope it all goes very well with Sumo & Ruby meeting Butch on thursday. Good on you & Steve for choosing to adopt a rescue Stafford. You both have my full support & best wishes in regards to Butches adoption.

I often wonder how people can surrender their dog to rescue etc after 10 yrs

Too bad Dorte, it would have been nice to have a rescue in your clan.

Deb, possibly the family were moving house, or were having money troubles. But still, a dog of 10 years would incredibly important. I'd do anything I could to keep him.
At least he was surrendered and not abandoned or neglected.
