Default Staffy Needing a New Home

Not even sure if I can do this without offending anyone, but a certain pound rang me this evening to ask me to collect a pei from them tomorrow. While we were chatting, the ranger asked me if I knew anyone who could take the most divine staffy who was found after being tied up in bush for two days. The likelihood of this boy being found at all was improbable because of where he was. But he was found, he is divine and he needs a save (as do so many others, I know). Bottom line is I will see what I can do to get a pic of this fellow tomorrow if anyone is interested. I would take him myself if I could but I am 8 males deep atm with only Bella "on my side". Musical doors at my house is an understatment.

And yes I admit, that sadly I do came "across" a special staffy or amstaff every couple of weeks

Because they are gutless, cowardly pricks!!! If they could take the trip to the bush...why not go to the pound instead. Bloody disgusting!

That is bloody disgusting doing that to any animal, would love to do it to them, only tie them by their nackers to a tree, assuming it was a male who did it If I was able at this time, I would certainly be putting my hand up. Do hope he goes to a loving home and has someone who can turn his life around. That really pisses me off. Later on, I would be interested in a rescue I think.

You can't help wonder...if he has been living with a family that could do THAT to him...what other horrible things has he had to encounter with them. They CERTAINLY didn't love this dog...AARRGGHHHHHH!!!

I hope this poor guy finds a loving forever home!!!

Very simple as to why he wasn't handed into the pound, and that is because it is embarassing handing you dog over and saying you don't want it anymore, wrong colour, going on holidays, whatever. I am picking up another pei tomorrow who was "found on the side of the road" until the pound staff put a bit of pressure on the guy who "found" him and discovered that "he" was actually surrendering on behalf of a "friend". Yep, gutless, worthless human beings, I make no apologies for being so harsh.

My ranger friend will get me pics tomorrow or Friday. I have told them that they are not to pts, that I will take him if I need to do so to give him his right to life. (God my OH is going to kill me/or leave me unsure which lol) My problem is that I would want to keep him, something I really can not afford to do given the dynamics of my male heavy pack. He is good with other dogs, wonderful with humans (well, he is a staffy afterall) What is that caramel colour called in Staffys??? with black tips. Aged at 2-3 yrs. Seems to have some training.

Yep Choppa Chop, area has been searched and no human (or humane) in sight.

I look at my Bella laying beside me having a bit of a snooze/snore and Noah is laying at my feet substituting as a foot rest. Henry is on the floor beside me and I just can't understand how some people can live with themselves. Must be denial.

Thank you all for allowing me to post this plea without offending or upsetting anyone. I will follow up and keep you posted. Please ask around for a potential family for him, I will have his vetwork done at rescue rates and he will cost only what he costs me, for desex, heart worm, worm, flea, C5, microchip a big fat tub and scrub, and a smooch session.
