It is exciting Cat, however I seem to have cabin fever as I have been here all week on my own with the furkids, we havent even had a car. So almost happy I am off to the pet store tomorrow for my fortnightly pei/rescue session.

Does anyone need some renal failure dog food? I have about 11 tins and most of a 7kg bag of biscuits of the Royal Canin stuff left over from my little girl. I live on the Northside of Brisbane, just PM me if interested.

Bless you MOM, it is so hard to wind it up isn't it? In our case we couldn't move Henry's bed. It just stayed next to OH's side of the bed until we left the house last week. I noticed Bella curled up in it this evening. I had put it in the family room when we moved hoping that Hope (Henry's half sister) would adopt it for her own. Still waiting.

I know! I have so much doggie stuff and no doggies I'll keep it until we get another one, and some of the other stuff like treats, worming tabs I might drop over to Jen's - I'm sure it will go to use! I still haven't been able to pack up her stuff - got as far as stacking some of it in her bed, and the cats have claimed her other bed. Can't even bring myself to wash her blankets I figure there's no rush though - it can just get done when I'm ready!

Lance and Roland arrived today. LOVELY boys from the RSPCA

Lance (whose name irritates me no end[-) - can someone come up with something similar but catchy please???? Is a boofy cream boy, a real spunk. Off to the vet tomorrow for desex, entropion and ear cleaning. Young, I would say maybe 18 months at a pinch?

And Roland- it's the same Roland who was the focus of a BIG write up in a Sydney paper recently, talking about how they had to do an entropion and a brow lift. Unfortunately these surgeries have not done him justice and he would consequently be the plainest Shar Pei I have ever seen. But personality plus!!!! He has a most delightful nature.

I have decided to send Roland to my Glenn for foster as Glenno has Lulu and Roland is actually Lulu's brother.

Einstein, Lance (please HELP someone change his name QUICK)!!!! Bailey who is due for release from Wellington Park on Wednesday and Campbell (due to arrive on Thursday) will all stay here with us.

Morgan the staffy will join Inka and Murray at Wellington Park on Wednesday.

    OOOhhh a name change!!

For rhyming we have Prance and Chance.

For similar we have Ladde, Lachlan, Landon, Langley, Langford and Layton.

But of course, ditch any or all if you don't like them, but my favourite out of this list is Langford.

I thought Roland had been adopted?

I was thinking if I got a boy Pei I would name him either Spike or Shinji. Chance sounds really nice...or Chase

Yep Roland was adopted however this adoption didn't work out and the RSPCA asked us to take him and rehome him. He is absolutely delightful!!

And we shall change Lance's name to Chase, just to keep it close.

Clea and cate0404 I will pick from your lists for the next dogs to come in if that's OK as my name pool is just about run dry and you guys have some great names there!

I am going to change Roland to Bosley, just because if you don't have a catchy name believe it or not it puts people off adopting!
