    Default RSPCA Animal Rescue

This should probly be in 'Off Topic', Morgan move is neccessary.

I just noticed Devil's Advocate refer to this in one of her posts.
Just wondering if we have any other viewers?

Last night was quite sad, the poor lady who didn't want to send any of the animals to the RSPCA in fear they would be put down. The animals just kept accumulating. I wanted to get a look at her new set up on the new property.

I missed a bit of it, cause of Zed's you-know-what, but it was disgusting!
    The story, I mean.

She claimed she was tring to re-home them? Bull. They were in terrible condition, and she obviously had no idea what she was doing. I din't get it, though. She's in a residential area. She didn't have any licence to have more than two dogs so why couldn't they take the darned lot of them. I actually felt sick, to tell the truth. Really sick.

I know, im not denying it wasn't terrible living conditions, but she meant well. I don't know why she hadn't gotton rid of the junk earlier.
If she had put the cages neatly all around the edge of the yard, it would have made a big difference I reckon. It would have left a nice middle area for the dogs and pony and ram to play and graze.

And those three dogs abandoned in that apartment was a good example of the consequences of bad breeding with that pup with the pink nose.

Yes, true. The whole thing was just so blatently slothful. It's good to know the RSPCA will be keeping an eye on her when she moves. She's registered as a charity now, I only hope the money does go towards the animals she gets.

How can anyone just abandon animals like that. Yeah yeah, I know it happens ALL the time. Doesn't take the disgust away any, though.

What about last weeks episode? Was it Bindi, the pup who died from fluid on the brain. She had her ears carved off. We all were really sick at that one - just putrid, the poor little girl!

I worked as a volunteer for an RSPCA animal shelter many, many years ago in Adelaide. (Around the time they were doing all the free de-sexing for cats down there and brought in that trial cat-curfew.)

The abuse and neglect was killing me. Couldn't handle it. The day a GSD came in was a memory that I cannot ever forget. The owners had had a wild party, and everyone had used the Shepherd's coat and actual flesh as an ashtray for their alight cigarette butts. To top it off for a joke the bastards had rammed a toilet brush up his anus. If I owned a gun I think I would have been sent to prison that day.

You don't know Buckley the puppy!
Maybe it was just Victorian news.

Buckley was a BC X Staffy pup(I think) found in a playground in Melbourne around July. He had his ears AND tail cut off with scissors.
He looks like the sweetest little thing, I think he's been rehomed now which is nice

I can not understand man's inhumanity to man and far less inhumanity to animals who depend on us.
