Poor Buddy, been let down time and time again by humans

TBH there is nothing wrong with being PTS, for some dogs who live in a state of anxiousness and Buddy may have be suffering, it would be a relief. To find such a particular home with someone who can spend time with him and have fences high enough to keep him in is very hard

Good on you for trying for Buddy, at least he has a couple of humans that beleive in him

For me it's more of the fact that they never get to experience what a loving home was that makes me upset.. not so much the 'crossing the rainbow bridge' part. It's sad they never got to receive the love and attention our pooches spend a lifetime enjoying.

Update: Buddy has been taken off the pound website.. Don't know if that means he's been adopted or something went wrong..

He should be safe. He was deemed adoptable so of course they should have been able to release to SODS if he wasn't adopted straight away or if they needed the space.

These sorts of dogs worry the crap outta me. Ive taken 2 on, they are a LOT of work. One took 4 yrs to be non reactive to other people. 4 friggin years. But put a beanie on, and training went out the window. Id like to of taken a mallet to whatever prick in a beanie caused this.

So the dog gets rehomed to i hope a experienced trainer, or put to sleep. Id hate some innocent novice dog trainer to get a dog like this.

The bad thing is they don't put information up about the dogs on sods because there pound dogs - not much to go on really.
