Thumbs up Helpful collars, leads and harness's

I just discovered this company called Canny Canine, they make collar's, leads and harnesses that have words on them such as- Nervous, friendly, blind dog, no dogs, caution, deaf dog, training and adopt me. I thought it was a brilliant idea for people who have dogs who have issues
i was thinking of getting one of the nervous leads for Koda
anyway, here's their website! They have a facebook page too!

So today I ordered the collar and lead - green with "Friendly" so hopefully when people see Ruby coming with her new gear on, mum's won't throw themselves on their children any more ... also the walking on the front fastening harness is doing the trick, during the walk I clip her lead onto her collar, remove the harness and she's learning fast to walk nicely all the time, any pulling and the harness goes back on - I'm winning!!

Sounds awesome! i'd love to get the nervous lead for Koda so that people dont see the big fluffy dog and naturally assume that he is very friendly and loves everything!... cause they're very wrong!

Yes, people can be very unpredictable, I find myself saying "she's friendly" all the time, so I'll be interested to see if it makes a difference.

I still find it amazing how people will just get up close to Ruby. I love stopping and patting/scratching dogs but always ask if it's ok first. Ruby loves it, but my last dog, small white fluffy, was as neurotic as they came and would lose the plot if someone stopped and put their hand out to him.

I'll take a photo when the parcel arrives
