All I can say is I hope your step mum never owns another pet. It's really sad.

Unfortunately she does have other pets, not as many since i secretly called the rspca on her. She still has one dog and two cats. And she still doesn't look after them properly the chihuahua is skin and bone. I thought it'd improve after some of the animals had been taken away but it hasn't. The rspca even gave her vouchers to take the remaining animals to the vet but she hasn't done so.
No one loves you like your dog does.

Glad you already rang the RSPCA - I'd be giving them an update...

It's like she's got no idea. If she doesn't care about them and for them, why doesn't she just hand them all over?

    Hey Kelpie,
Please do update the RSPCA and maybe let them know what happened to poor maggie as well, you may have to annoy them but please be persistant.

Some people should not own animals (or children for that matter).

Thank you for your efforts in trying to change the putcome for Maggie and others.

Rest in Peace Maggie. You did a lot for her KL. You are a good person.
Most of the symptoms sound very familiar to me as my boy had cancer last year.
He has gone to heaven too and I am sure he will be there to greet little Maggie and have a play. Hugs xxx
