Default How to get nice soft pads on feet!

Bella's pads on her feet are so rough, she scratched me with them last night and now I've got sore scratches on my leg. What can you use on them to make them nice and soft?

Hm, not sure if that would be such a good idea from her perspective? Won't they get more sensitive if they're soft?

Musher's Wax- Makes a protective layer over the pad. Over time, the cracked, rough pads should become less so. But you don't want them soft soft, as Beloz said.

Alternatively, dog boots? Ruff Wear make some good ones.

So long as she doesn't scratch me up when she jumps up for a kiss! lol that's what I meant by soft (I should have said that instead). I will have a look at that V&F! Thanks

Coconut oil - it is edible so if she licks it no harm done.
