Default Animal acupuncture, Osteopathy and Massage

    Hi all

I have been reading many posts and thought I would create a thread based on my experience and people around me.

Since it is a new and up and coming thing, I have been getting my dog treatments as we do us humans.

I see this qualified osteopath, masseur and animal acupuncturist. She has helped my dogs, friends dogs, hundreds of other people's dogs and horses.

I have seen that if some animals don't like needles or are sensitive that this therapist uses other treatments instead. So not all animals have tonged acupuncture to benefit however I have seen the best results with this.

I think it's important for people to be aware that there are treatments we can give our animals. As just like us when we play sport or long days at work, we get injuries or sore and tight muscles. I have learnt that our pets are the same and also need treatment whether it be maintenance or a treatment plan for a specific injury. My dog gets maintenance as I run with it all the time and it runs slot down the beach- an athlete I like to think of him as
If anyone has any questions, I'm happy to answer based on my experience or I can put you on to who I know.

    Happy new year!

In the past on one of our newfies (since passed) we used acupressure, some acupuncture and Bowen therapies.........We still use the Chiropractor frequently for our horses and dogs, we love the way he works with our crew.

In the past we were very lucky and had Ian Bidstrup living nearby, but he is now in Seymour

I initially did not believe in it, until Abbey.......She had such huge relieve of her pain and I am sure lived an extra four years with severe osteo-arthritis. Bowen therapy made a huge difference........
