Awww Tiff your girl is certainly having a hard time of it.

From another perspective this may explain a lot of things about her, not that any of that matters at the moment as I know you just want her well and home again.

You and your girl are in our thoughts.

My baby is home! The vet rang this morning to say he was very suprised and pleased with her progress. She ate all her breakfast (and wanted more!) and did a wee and poo. We get the pathology results on thursday hopefully. The vet said he's hanging out for them because it has everyone completely stumped.

She has a very big wound on her tummy but is very happy to be home. Mac, your right about her illness being the potential cause of a few of her odd behaviours. Never thought that maybe she could never sit properly because it hurt her And the difference in her eyes is amazing. They were always very droopy and red, and now they're really alert and while...she just looks like a new, happy and carefree dog! Soooo happy to have her home! I was awake all last night thinking and worrying about her.

Glad she is feeling better and hope the results are good.

I think medical reasons for behaviour are often overlooked, though I understand Abbie had seen a vet a bit lately so well done to you for picking up on things not being right.

Abbie has struck quite a cord with me.

    Hope Abi gets better soon.

She might get a bit sorry for herself when the pain killers wear off. And then you get to find the balance between enough pain killers that she's not miserable but not so much that she thinks its fine to do some zoomies and busts her self open.
