Don't forget naturally dogs/wolves would be getting grass and other nutrients from feeding off prey and eating all parts. A lot of products are made as a simple base of just meat, without the extras dogs would naturally get. So eating grass is a way of getting the little extras that they need. Remeber it's important to have a balanced diet for your dog to make sure they are getting all they need and then still they'll probably eat grass anyway!

She's fed Eagle pack Holositic & gets a good beef bone once a week and a dental bone or pig ear also...I was just thinking....I gave her some bacon rind earlier that day...she's never had it before (just a little scrap treat as I was preparing dinner)...maybe it was that

My boys are the same, sometimes i don't need to wipper snip in certain areas coz they've done it for me. Whenever i see some of there spew (yuck!) ,aslong as it's full of grass, i don't worry. I have found bit's of their rubber toys and chew rope in there before, maybe that's what made them crook?! Hasn't stopped them eating the wrong things though!

Yeah, Dobe grazes too, but only lush grass in the park. I also find spewed heaps of grass. I've assumed she just likes the taste of grass!
