    Default Indoor Allergies?

My Kelpie Gypsy has been inside alot thanks to a resent injury. During that time she scratched like mad. But the last few days she has been back outside (mainly to my new housemate not being a dog person) and her scratching has become minimum. how ever when ever I bring her in for more than 10 mins the scratching restarts.
We have no indoor plants. I also make a point of regular flea treatments for Gypsy, the cat, Outside and Indoors. Our cat seems to have no problems with scratching at all and she is indoors at all times.
Does anyone know possible causes for indoor allergies in dogs?

    Thanks in advance

Could be something you've used to mop the floors with?
    Air fresheners or sprays?

According to the vet who treated my dog, yes. The carpets were pulled up and we have tiles and only cotton scatter rugs now. the carpets were mostly wool/wool blend. It is now a while ago, but I must say keeping the house clean has also been much easier without carpet. And the newfs love the tiled (slate) floors
