    I haven't read the other posts, but I have no issue with using a treadmill.
    For example, Lady will run for 5 hours and still have energy. Obviously, I don't have a spare 5 hours everyday, and during winter, with the bad weather, and short days, I usually only walk for about 40 minutes.
    On days like that, speaking on behalf of her, she would be the one bennefitting from a run/trot on the treadmill. But I think the tready would break before Lady got tired.
    We have a client that has a Border Collie. When the dog wants to go for a walk she sits on the treadmill and barks until her owns turns it on. True story!

    Any exercise is better than no or little amounts of exercise.

    Thankyou guys, and that is so sweet of you V&F thankyou, but I am in Tasmania, hence the pneumonia LOL

    It's my own fault I am still sick, I'm a smoker which is making my lungs take longer to heal.
    First day of patches today though!

    Been sitting on the back step throwing the ball for the dogs but it's just not the same as a good solid run.
