    Default Shaking Her Head

I have noticed lately Valkyrie has been shaking her head alot. I have checked her ears and they are perfect - no smell or discharge. Any ideas on what it could be??
    Thanks

Its possible that she may have something in the ear canal that you cant see. I'd be taking her to the vet to make sure nothing is lodged where it shouldnt be.

That's a sure sign of annoyance in the ear.... If you cant see anything, it may be deeper down in the ear.. The vet needs to put the scope down to have a good look.

Grass seeds can easily work their way right inside and even into the ear drum. You can't see them without an auroscope.

sumo did this...we couldn't see anything, but vet put him under anaesthetics and culled out a grass seed.

You should get it checked by the vet

Vet appointment made for 1.15pm this afternoon. I hope they don't have to put her under anaesthetics!!!

So hubby and I took Valkyrie to the vet and hubby held her while the vet examined both her ears with auroscope. He couldn't see anything at all!! He said her ears were perfect with no redness or discharge. So who knows. He said she was in perfect condition and looked very fit.
He said to keep an eye on her and if we have any other concerns then bring her back.
