There is nothing wrong with feeding him roo every day providing he is getting other foods/ nutrients too.. i feed Floyd roo every 2nd day.

There is a hell of a lot of food info in other topics here etc, give me a sec & i'll go get the links etc.

Chicken necks are fine to give & most dogs do tend to swallow then hole, i don't give my dogs chicken wings though because they don't chew them but rather swallow hole & because of the sharp wingy bit that can puncture internal organs & thats a risk i'm not willing to take.

Leonard's chicken shops sell minced chicken carcasses for $1.50 per kilo, i find that's a great feed for the dogs.

Thanks for all the helpful replies!
after reaserching I am going to get Banjo on Innova Evo red meat bites, is 6 star rating and has no grains in it so sounds good. I want to mix it up with real meat as well though but am a bit overwhelmed with what, when and how.
So hyperthetically is banjo was your dog (god forbid! hahah) can you tell me how and what you would feed him with kibble and what meats and how often?
    Thank you!

    Hi JB..

TBH i cant answer your question as i am not a commercial food fan/ feeder & nor do i have any idea what raw meat to mix with dry food.

But i do know that its not a good idea to mix kibble & raw meat in same meal as both break down in the stomach at different rates etc.

I'm sure other's here maybe able to help you.

Batty gets innova as well as raw meat.

He gets his kibble in the mornings as my partner can't handle the barf foods

In the evenings he gets mainly chicken mince, mashed up with some cos lettuce, a little spinach and a salmon oil tablet. He gets one whole egg mixed into this once a week, usually on a friday and he doesn't eat every second thursday.
