Dogmad, why are you collecting dogs, especially ones from troubled pasts, if you have no time or money to rehabilitate them?
The mention of the Aunt at first was a sad story until you said you didn't speak because she said something you didn't like. Then you said she was like an Aunt to you which is why you have her dogs. It doesn't make sense that you would turn on her for smoking dope, because if she was like an Aunt to you, this would have been common knowledge and not something new surely?

I am sorry for accusing you of being someone else. I am most likely wrong about that, but your story doesn't make sense and it's also frustrating to read that you think you can take on all these dogs and chuck them on a treatmill 30 minutes a day and call that interaction and training.
Yes I knew about the dope smoking, but not that she was blowing it into the faces of her cat and dog. I didn't stop speaking to her because of that she stopped speaking to me which hurt, alot. My dogs are mostly from troubled pasts yes I must admit and they were having plenty of walking until our vet recommended that I should have Hollie and another dog go into training and she said it would be fine for the dogs to be treadmill walked. It was only to be temperary until I had the $$$ for another dog walker which will be soon but that doesn't change the fact that when Hollie was getting walked she had no change in her behaviour.

*sigh* honestly, how often do you go visiting a dear Aunt who smokes dope freely in front of you (I'd say dogmad smoked it also, which is how they became so close) and not see or partake in the "blowing it in the dogs face"?
That "we no longer speak" bit was made up because she knows that mentioning that without making out like she was against it would cause a pretty nasty reaction here.

I read between the lines, you have these animals and you smoke dope and are worried it's causing problems for them. You have been told that if they have these behaviours they need to be walked and you don't want to, can't afford it and claim that vets have told you a treadmill will do.

    crap crap crap

No we do NOT allow her to do this if you were reading my early threads I said she has been to 4 trainers and it hasn't helped. She simply cannot learn. If you take her away from whatever she is licking, a person or an object as soon as she can she is back licking it again. All my other dogs did this when they were pups and I had no problem getting them to stop.

Licking is OCD the treatment other than medication is walking.

HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME OF USING DRUGS???? Yes I have seen alot of people use drugs in my life, my brother is one and I have nothing to do with him because of this fact. You shouldn't accuse people you don't even know of doing those kind of things. You are starting to walk a very thin line.

Pugger, you've stepped over a line, me thinks. Accusing someone of smoking dope, and blowing it into animals' faces? Accusing someone of being a liar with NO PROVE (see my previous messages, since you refuse to actually read the OP's posts properly).

Just because you're having a bad day, feeling like crap, and don't like what you're reading because you didn't read the post properly, does NOT give you the right to act like this. I suggest you go to bed and have a goodnight's rest before you're forced to take a holiday.

When our friend was still around she told us once that she smoked marijuana (sp?) and would blow it in the dog and cats faces, needless to say I told her that it wasn't good for the animals health and we stopped talking to each other. Now we have had Hollie for 8 months and she simply cannot learn a thing, not even a simple command like sit. It is becoming quite frustrating, we have had her to trainers all of which have asked us if she ever had trauma to the head. She also has strange habits, like licking people and objects over and over even when you push her away and say no she just can't stop and she always jumps on people and also has a very severe attachment to 1 particular toy.
I was just wondering if anyone else has ever heard of drug damaged dogs and if there is anything you can do to help them???
This sounds legit to you? Geezus

    I AM going to bed..what a joke.
