    Default Bordeaux - Dogue People

    Hey guys,

    Just a quick question.
Are they known for skin problems ? Is it common?

I 'know' of someone that has a young Dogue , has had her since she was baby. Still dont know if she is papered or not....

But her skin is just absolutely disgusting.
And I mean yuk! Almost mange like in some area's.
Quite an offensive smell about her as well but then she hasn't been bathed since he got her.

Before I open my big trap I thought I'd ask here first

Friend of mine has a Dogue, and she has a beautiful skin, sounds like this poor one has been neglected, (not wishing to stick my neck out either).

    Thanks guys

PeiLover I must say I've never met one with bad skin before .

Clea , doesn't quite have the whole 'mangey' look.
And I'm talking ears, nose ,legs starting to go as well last time I seen her.

I told hubby ( its his aquaintence) to tell him that I am quite happy to take her to the vet for him if he was too busy with the shop , we got no answer .

lol@choppa, hell yeah, I thought Geisha could drool, but the Dogues leave her for dead in the slobber stakes.

Griffen gets a heat rash in summer but other than that he's never had skin problems.
