would love your opinion on the weight/look of my Amstaff. She is 7 months old, 19inches to her whithers and weighs 17 kgs.

She has a beautiful waist but it is too thin or in your opinion just right visually of course?

    Thanks

(fyi her tail length is due to a birth defect and not docked)

    Hi Pawmassage

IMO your AmStaff looks great (what a gorgeous colour and love those ears lol)

You should be able to feel their ribs but not be able to see them. She has a broad rib area and slims down to a small waist which IMO is what she should look like, its the breed lol.

Pssst....you need to start a photo thread of this beautiful girl! Please ????? She is just divine Need more pics!

It was the rib cage that i was most concerned about as it can be easily seen when she's walking.

I just thought she'd be a bit thicker than she is.

    Thanks for the feedback.

My famale lab is 31 kg's shes not a large lab rather small to medium for a lab. She dosent look fat and she dosent look skinny. My parents are always commenting on how good she looks but if they had her she'd be a bit fatter. Shes also more the english type lab, low set and compact.
