I have no idea what that is, but you will definitely want to get it checked by a vet! The vet will be able to help you out with it!

    'ruby mc nugget',

Anything that shows up as quickly as that is serious and needs Vet attention ASAP !

So - please take your pup to the vet !

Hopefully this is just a large cyst, but the rate of growth suggests it's a sarcoma. Sorry. Best thing to do is get him to a vet, they will be able to stick a needle in it and aspirate some of the fluid for testing. Hopefully it is benign. Sometimes dogs get fatty lumps called lipomas which aren't serious or health threatening. You need to watch him closely for signs of pain or discomfort. Keep him comfortable and make sure he doesn't get too hot. Don't let him scratch it or squeeze it in any way, try to keep the area safe.

Mosh is not trying to scare you Ruby. They were trying to show you how urgent this could be but at the same time it might be something not so worrying.

Could it be a bite of some sort?

So glad you are going to the vet tomorrow. Be strong for Nugget. Fingers and paws crossed here for a good outcome.
