    Default Best Sydney Dog Groomers?

    Hi,

I'm new and had a quick scan through this section but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I have two long haired Jacks who need a summer hair cut! They had a bad experience a while back with very rough groomers who didn't even do a particularly nice job anyway. Are there any recommendations for groomers who cut well but who are also kind? Preferably around the inner west or northern suburbs of Sydney.

    Thank you in advance!

Sorry, I don't clip my dogs, cand I don't live in Sydney, so I can't give specific groomers, but I guess you could call your vet and see if they can suggest one.

Petropolis at Leichhardt has friendly groomers and they are happy to discuss with you what you would like and give you advice on what works and what don't.

However, book ahead as weekend appointments are very busy. Plenty of off street parking too which helps and a great park just across the road for doggy to play - off-leash at certain times during the day too.

K9 Kutz in Rosebery did a great job on our Husky when he was still alive.

Thanks for this tip! Actually it's this place that scared us off grooming altogether. We left our two long haired Jacks with them and on our return, we found them chained to the wall and being treated very roughly. On top of that, they did a terrible job on one of them in particular. All in all, it was a traumatic experience for all of us and we'll never go back there.

Scooby dooz in brookvale are gentle, caring reasonable in pricing and take their time with doing nervous and in fact all doggies, you get the doggy daycare free when you book them in for a groom.I took my Bichon there when he was a young pup a bit as i really needed him to tolerate being groomed as he needs regular clipping, etc
Hes one relaxed boy now, mind you i do alot of the clipping now myself with a clipper set i bought but i also take him in there for the shape that i cant get right..he always has a good time and comes home happy, clean and pooped out from playing

    Hi,

I take my dog to Pets on the Point on Glebe Point Road in Glebe. They do a fantastic cut and most of the dogs I know around where I live go there too.. Plus they don't cost too much. I think it was $65 for my mini schanuzers cut.

Hey, we went to PawsAbout Pet Boutique and Dog Grooming Salon a few weeks ago, its in Coogee Beach and close to Randwick and Maroubra. They have a very good dog groomers and my dogs were treated like royalty with kisses from their Dog Groomer. I think they are relatively new but the service was really good and my dogs haircuts looked amazing.

I agree with your opinion that they are relatively new but the service was really good. according to me grooming keep our pet happy to groom our dog One of the most important jobs our Austin dog groomer does is training young puppies to handle dog grooming with ease and comfort.
