    Default Gotta love shedding season!

Wow... today i totally stripped out Koda's undercoat!
I had gotten lazy and didn't do it for about 4 weeks!!! (i usually brush him out every week)
it was insane... hair... EVERYWHERE the pile of hair was HUGE!!!
it just kept coming out! thankfully he wasn't too badly matted, so that was good!
i'll see if i can get a photo of the pile of hair just to show how big it was!!!

    Woo hoo! nearly there.......
At weekly brush, i ONLY got 1/10 of the hair out, that has been coming out in previous 10 bloody weeks!
and only 2 tumble weeds in the lounge right now.

My dog looks scrawny without the winter coat. And has changed colour to his summer coat. The back is no longer black, its tawny brown, with only his ribs being black. I kinda think its neat, that my dog changes colour each season. Not just thickness/thiness of coat.

And here we are, another season beginning. The Winter coat! Black back n saddle, and flufty, and i mean, flufty tail. Swishing away like a pouf.
time to ditch last seasons, so 'yesterday' look. AGAIN
fur balls rule my floor once more.

there is something to be said for a short haired dog. Neat is a word that comes to mind.

ive noticed more shedding. Could be coz he swam over weekend?
But definately colour change of coat, so yep, id say that's extra hair.
He now has a black star too. cute colour job works wonders for the self esteem in me. Hope he gets that too.
