Pug hair sheds constantly all year round and is very adhesive. We have a saying:

Home is where the pug hair sticks to everything except the pug.

We've got gorgeous coats at the moment, nice and thick, and my pups - now that they're one - are getting longer and thicker coats every day. Mine will do an undercoat drop in springtime, and the girls completely dump their body coat once or twice a year. Otherwise they're pretty good shedding wise.

well, im happy with the look of the coat. Dont really care about shedding. All my clothes look like mohair, and we've all learned to remove a single hair from a mouthful of food with great speed and nonchalance lol

You would think by now I would be used to the fact that my carpet never seems to look clean but at least I don't have to deal with winter fur mouth fulls! Although having said that, I am sure it is probably going to happen now.

For past week, tumble weeds have been blowing around my house. Despite: bernie had his first proper bath, and im hoovering him twice a week.

I did start playing with his fur last week, to see if i could spin it without a wheel, got a thread easily enough from teasing it, but then thought, ok i get multi coloured brown wool, what do i make with it? Then threw it out.

HAHAHAH you guys are so funny -

My bully wont stop shedding. It's everywhere and it's the first time he's coat has done so. His fur got sooo think that it started to give him dandruff. Even though its such a smooth low coat, I have to brush him like I'm brushing a horse at least 2-3 times a week. Now all the oils have spread and the white spots are gone. Not only do I have slobber all over me when we play, now I get a new coat too. But at least its an easy brush, no mats or anything and he loves it!

Ive just made 8 gallons of ginger wine, and a christmas cake in prep for yule. Both have the magic ingredient of GSD hair in em, for that extra 'love' factor lol
