    Cool Thanks, They gave me some of the Woolworths homebrand ones in springwater, and he loved them.. The Brunswick ones can you just get them at the supermarket??

    I get my sardines from the supermarket. I think they're in the big two chains, but I usually shop at foodland - which is SA independently owned. Although some owners own more than one supermarket - none of them as many as coles and woolies do.

    Umm you say "Fish for Dogs" but also say it contains chicken?
    Obviously it's not fish..........I don't know what else to say

    Meh - maybe its like "chicken of the sea" ie for people with the same brain power as Jessica Simpson.

    we just get the cheepest no frills sardines in veg oil and give once a week- the dog loves them (and the chickens do also...)

    we do sardines in our house too.... the same brand of canadian ones as hyacinth but we buy in springwater, our two don't need the extra fat, LOL! Our IGA often as them 5 for $50 so I normally take the whole tray to the check out he he he!

    5 for $50 - you're being ripped off.

    Mine are usually under $2 per can. And I've been known to take a whole box (18 cans) to the check out.

    LMAO.... that's a terrible typo .... I meant 5 for $5.... ah woops. Ripped off would have been an understatement!
