I have used (and am using atm) Eagle Pack. My dog does well on it.

Does anyone know where we can get Artemis in Oz??

I have my reasons for my decision, that I wish not to share (mainly because I choose not to waste my time), and you have yours, that I'm sure you have told many many times and probably will again here, because after all because you have a pure bred you know all, right.
Thanks though for your input about the topic at hand. Greatly appreciated.

Well there's one thing i know... at least those that own pedigree pure breeds that their dogs will come with clear from genetic health issue tests etc & papers to prove it too....& that's something that cant be said about cross breeds.

My SBT is a rescue boy & i gladly took the risk of not knowing if he had genetic health issues or not & thank goodness he doesn't, but i personally sure as hell would never deliberately go out and buy a cross bred dog from a BYB or puppy farmer, pet shop or local news papers, gumtree etc etc etc...

Loren, If you go the artemis website, and click on retailers, then WA it will list them for you.

sorry Loran, I just followed the link and there aren't any retailers in WA yet, but there are a few online stores that deliver aust. wide. I just googled Artemis dog food online and found about 3-4. Hope that helps.

I used to order it from here
K9 + Katz Kitchen (Powered by CubeCart)
I think they are the ones who import it into the country and then distribute it

I got mine online too from petdeli.com.au
No stockists in Tas. Got some Castor & Pollux Organix too from the same place, looks good on paper but I haven't tried it on the dogguns yet.

    Cool Canidae

i'll be upfront and say we sell Nutro, Artemis & Canidae here at stix'n'bonez but I personally feed my dogs on the grain free ALS Canidae. Feeding them a cup of kibble i get these results :-

the Nutro is good and the eat it slowly over a few days ( makes less mess in the yard too )

the Artemis they eat over a week and look for other things to eat. They fart alot on the Maximal dog kibble.

the Canidae the gobble down in a night, but you have to be careful not to feed as much because it has a very high calorie content ( 490 cal / cup ) so a bag goes a long way.

they also get half a Dr B's barf patty each
