    Default Recommended Dry Food

OK, I want to get Dora on something high quality, something that other members on here swear by. At the moment she is on Royal Canin, but I don't think she's going very well with it because her poos are all runny.
Before you ask, she was switched VERY slowly to it, not at all fast.
I don't care how much it costs, as long as its good for her, Im game.
    Thanks in advance!

PS. What would be a good feeding resume for her? Dry food all the time, dry food half the time with meat, or dry food as a side dish? I would prefer she eat it most of the time with meat as a side dish, but you guys are the experts.

I dont believe there is a GREAT dry food for every dog

I have tried a heap of expensive dry foods, and for Kaos i have found boring all cheap crap at the supermarket does her just as well as the $140 bags i was getting her!

Atlas did do well on nutrience holistic, but i can no longer afford it, so pedigree or whatever is on special for him.

I feed mostly dry, with something mixed in, others wouldnt touch dry food, others would only feed dry and nothing else. The best food for your dog is the food it does the best on

    good luck

Thanks SO far I have tried about 5 brands... she did OK on them... not as good as she could.
I'm trying Eukanuba next, because it has really great reviews here on the forum, but if anyone thinks theres something better out there, feel free to tell me

Check out Innova. I can't speak highly enough of it. Plus it's a holisitic food too. You can only get it from Pet Goods Direct or Pets Paradise though. I'd rather get it from PGD personally. You can also buy it online I think. My PGD gives free samples of foods, so check with them and see if they will do the same for you.

I can't recommend it enough, or thank SPRV for putting me onto it and EVO!

That sounds great, Angela! I'll google and see where the nearest PGD is.

I feed Supercoat Small Breed. Bella likes it, and shes shiny. It works for me. OT, I have been wondering what breed the beautiful Dora is. I read somewhere before she was a terrier?
