So... could I, say, make a big mix of mince (which is best?), finely cut up veggies (as I said, I don't have a blender, nor do I currently have the spare funds to buy one!) then freeze it into Charlie size portions and Bella size portions, defrost as necessary, add a spoonful on natural yoghurt (which they already have anyway), and some ACV (to help with tear staining for Bella)??? Should I add eggs? I don't want to go messing around with supplements (for now) as I don't know what I'm doing!

I am going to start feeding EP in the morning, then chicken wings for dinner a few times a week (with EP on the other nights). Should I feed the above only a couple of time a week to start, or every day?

I want to get this right, and I'm terrorfied of getting it wrong! That's why I keep asking what are probably stupid questions!

Also.. we got a bbq pack the other day, and it has lamb chops in it. OH doesn't eat them, so I was wondering if I could cut the fat and bone off and give them to C&B?

I freeze Sumo and Ruby's mince and I also freeze their vegie mix.

Do you have a food processor maybe for the vegies? It is just easier to digest if it has been chopped thats all

    No I don't

I've been on a OH for years that I want a blender and he always said no because it would just take up space and I'd never use it!

Have you got the ACV yet from the health shop with "mother" in it? ACV from the supermarkets does not contain the goodness needed.

Look...I wouldn't give ACV every day (like I have mentioned before unless you are willing to the urine strips), but that is just me...3 times a week...1 teaspoon. My concern is that their bodies become too alkaline and will get cystitis, kidney stones etc.

    Meat that is good:

    Chicken
    Turkey
    Lamb
    Beef
    Kangaroo
    Buffalo
    Veal

Meaty bones means bones they can chew and eat...not hard solid thigh bones.

I haven't yet, but will hopefully tomorrow as I need to go to the health shop and get more calendula cream for my skin. I was thinking ACV maybe once a week?

I will cut up the veggies as tiny as I can for now, until I can get something to do it for me!

So does my basic meal plan sound ok? (for now anyway!)

OK......grate the vegies then with a handheld grater....you have one of those?

With the COS lettuce....chop it as finely as you can. COS is really important because it is packed with good stuff.

I also give mine EACH in their dinner meal (meat and vegies)

1 tsp kelp powder (health food store)
2 Cold pressed salmon oil capsuls (health food store)
1 tsp coldpressed extra virgin olive oil (for vitamin E)
    1 500mg Vitamin C chewable tablet
    1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
1 tsp BRAGG Organic ACV with "mother" 3 times a week (health food store)

    Are eggs important?

Do you break the salmon oil capsules open? Because I take fish oil capsules myself and those things are huuuuuge!

I don't give mine eggs to be honest.

I give the salmon capsules whole, but you can break them open

You've been beyond helpful Cleasanta I can't thank you enough.. I'm actually feeling brave lol and have been making hubby work out the percentages for me!

How long did it take you to get it "right" for Ruby and Sumo?
