If the bones were ... boiled, roasted, fried, steamed .... I think I've covered everything off for the "purists", then yes, you should be concerned about the bones ... tiny or otherwise.

Just trust me, based on over 10 years of doing this ... get the raw chicken frames, wings, wing tips, wingettes, necks ... bag them into individual "dental care" sizes for your particular dog ... freeze them for when you want to give them to your pup or dog ... and then go for it. Your dog will love you & their teeth will be "hollywood white".

Maybe if I give the things frozen to Frosty, she will chew them properly.

The pictures of the bondi vet pulling giant piece after piece of chicken carcass out of a kelpie x's wind pipe, plus the pink frosting Frosty made of the first chicken wing she had, do put me off somewhat. Puts me off pink fluffy icing too.

Yes Hy ... and I know you'll probably "take issue" with me somewhere down the track .. but in my experience ... give Frosty the "chicken stuff" frozen.

Look ... I'll I'll say is .... It works for Mish ... She's 12 years old ... she has beautiful teeth ... her poops are fine. Love Lynnie

If I decide to try again with the raw chicken bones, I definitely won't hold it against anyone on here if it goes wrong. Thinking about trying one of the marrow bones I still have in the freezer from last time she splintered them again. Trick is wanting to be outside while she eats it until she gets down to making splinters again. Waiting for a cooler day when it's nice outside I guess.
