I am trying Nutro at the moment - Taya has been on it for about a month now. Seems to be going ok. Eagle Pack has gone up $10 . I really like Eagle Pack but thought I would try Nutro seeing it's Australian owned now (and a bit cheaper than EP holistic). Even though I could just get the cheaper Eagle Pack. It's expensive enough when you're a poor uni student!!

I was told by a sales rep that they probably won't bring out the holistic Nutro because of a lack of demand.... but I'm sure there are heaps of people who would buy it!

    Oh, great!
I started mine on it about a week ago, they love it!
Eagle pack is pricey, but my girls didn't do too well on it so I thought I'd try Nutro. Like you said Loren, au made etc. Sounded good.

    Default Puppy wetn and dry

I have my pup on the Nutro Can and Kibble. It seems to be going fine for him, we mix it with Chicken Mince. My partner and I have been having differences about the can food. I think its fine, but he thinks it crap.

What is the overall opinions on the Can food?
How have your pups been on it?

Wow, I would buy a can of supermarket type food and show him the difference!! Nutro doesn't smell and isnt full of that yukky goop.
I like Nutro canned food. Too expensive for me to buy regularly but I get it every now and then.

    Hi Jimmy C C
My girls are doing well on the dry food. I also mix raw minced meat with it, sometimes sardines and cooked meat. I always keep a few tins of the wet food for times when I don't have any raw meat. Both Misi and Lola love the tin stuff and like Loren said, it looks and smells good.

Thanks for that girls, Jimmy has been going very well on it and I have had no problems. We are going to cut out the can food for a while and see how BF goes with that, I suppose showing him there is nothing wrong with it is the best thing.

Gonna give Nutro a go very soon, was tossing between that and Royal Canin but I think Nutro has better ingredients.

We have decided to stop using the tin food. Mainly from our choice and not because we found anything bad with it. And we are mixing the dry food with Chicken mince. So far so good. Will keep you all posted if anything changes!
