Labradors are commonly confused for pits?? I don't really know why, they look nothing alike lol
The big difference between pits and labs is labs are much more likely to attack humans.

I don't think they are more likely, but they are just as likely to attack. People look at a lab and think "oh they're great family dogs, it won't be aggressive" some also wouldn't see the need to train and socialise one either as they think they just become that fantastic trained dog you see on TV adds etc. by magic. They are just as capable though of showing the same level of aggression as an untrained/socialised APBT and could do just as much damage.

Labs get confused for pits because people do not know what a true APBT looks like. You've got a medium sized dog = APBT in some people logic.

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.

    exactly jadielee!
    I agree.
and while we are all trying to preach that all dogs CAN be aggressive not just pits, if not trained properly and socialized, trying to teach people not point fingers at specific breeds that goes for ALL breeds.
