    Unhappy What a ridiculous article!

I swear they're just looking for excuses to give the Pit Bull a bad name!
What kind of a dog wouldn't chase a wallaby that jumps into their backyard???
And of course the dog was unrestrained... it was in its own backyard!

I feel sorry for pit bulls, so many people get them as a 'status-symbol'.
They should swap the restricted breeds list for a list of owners restricted from owning a dog.

When I first saw a purebred pit bull in real life he was absolutely stunning and had a calm nature, I hate the way breeds carry an image around meaning if someone truly loves the breed beyond that then they too have to carry around the idea that others have.

Another media beat up...last night our local news headline story was about a bat attacking a lady....forget about the Terrorist Bombing in the U.S...theres killer bats hunting us all with fangs dripping with rabies and other viruses !!

I ran into a back yard last week that had a sleeping Staffy and a Pitty...both snooring away...dont know who got the biggest fright, me or them !! They both jumped up but as soon as the Staffy barked the Pitty started to play bite it....doing the 'peacemaker' thing. As if to say "Settle down ya clown it's just the gas man !" LOL...
    Thats 2 Pitty's on my run now...both friendly...one a real sooky bubber !

So predator attacked prey pretty sure that's an everyday occurrence in the animal kingdom. Some of the crap they make news articles about astounds me. Surely there's something more interesting that they can waste ink on.

That Staffy, so savage not attacking the strangers stealing it's new chew toy.

Thats exactly what i was thinking... if the dog was actually aggressive and savage, it would have attacked the men as they "held the dog back" I mean seriously! People are so stupid now days!

There's a spaniel poodle cross next door to me that catches and kills lorrakeets that fly too close to its yard.

    No news article about that.

What's the bet that the dog doesn't have any pit bull in it at all and just has the misfortune of looking pit bullish.

hahaha WTF. The wallaby probably died from shock, not from being mauled. I had a 1m high joey jump into my yard one day with my two unrestrained dogs. Dogs when into pack mode and it was a mission and a half to drag them away. Nearly impossible actually. The roo didn't have that many injuries and RSPCA animal ambulance didn't even bother coming because if they tried to catch the poor thing the shock would have killed it. It did manage to work out how to jump back out of the yard so I hope it recovered and stayed out of yards after!

There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face.
