Yep let her go and do what she has to do.. they get nervous when they are being watched and it can stop the entire process. Just leave water and food for her and leave her be for an hour.. just checked in every now again.

I've always worked with cattle and horses and have done alot of pre testing and ai with cattle and helped deliver so many calves but this is totally different so much waiting and worrying when it's a very much loved pet

Yeh litters are harder.. they have to work for each single one.
Sometimes you think they are finished and then go to bed to wake in the morning with an extra couple of pups
As long as the pushing has stopped and there are no pups which you can feel in the vagina, then you are safe to just let her be.

When I felt inside her there was green gunk on my hand and now green fluid is leaking while she's just laying there, now I know green fluid is not good for us ( from having 3 babies) is it the same for dogs does it mean the same thing?

That is most likely meconium ( baby poop) and that might mean a puppy is in distress........Not seeing it for myself, it could also be infection at a very late stage.....VET!
