I have been away, picking up our Rescue. Just caught up

How is mom and pups? All doing well?

Just a question, did you not rescue this dog. Is there no vet in the area that helps with Rescue dogs. i know I have been very lucky with one of my past Rescue's who was very sick. He was attended to a lot by a local vet and I never got a bill. Now he is my regular vet, but a lot of vets will help with rescues.

If she does get unwell is there any way maybe one of the Rescue groups can help. I sure hope everything is OK. Keep us informed and maybe someone else has some ideas.

Without telling us exactly where you are, are you able to give us a general idea? We might have some contacts.

Good luck with puppers and Mom

Cleo is doing amazingly with her pups now. Sorry I have been away for the weekend, my partner was home from the army base =)

They are all feeding perfectly, Cleo is very calm and attentive, and she is eating well three times a day. She hasn't been into dry kibble though, so I added a bit of water to it and she gobbles it up very quickly.

Pups have noticeably grown since Thursday, and there umbilical cord have all fallen off naturally

P.S. Newfsie.... I rescued her the the sense of saving her from a bad life. I didn't "rescue" her from a shelter. I adopted her off her previous owners directly.

I probably confused everyone by using the words "adopt" and "rescue". Sorry about that...

The previous owners have actually been in contact, and have had the audacity to ask for a "pup or two"! NO WAY!
That definitely will not be happening. Not after the condition Cleo was in when she came to us.

I think you'll find she meant she was away from the computer as her partner was home for the weekend
