    Thats great
If in doubt it can not hurt to help her. Like MAC said break the sack around the mouth if she isnt getting it or dry a pup if she is busy with something else. Just watch her with the Umbilical cord, make sure she doesnt worry them too much or they will herniate.
If I can think of anything else I will let you know, if you have any other questions let me know, but I think you have everything set so you wont need anything more

What we do is as soon as the pup comes out, break the sack, give the pup a good rub with a dry towel (to stimulate breathing) tie off the cord with cotton then cut it. All over in about 10 seconds.
We do all this in the box so mum can watch what's going on.

Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer!

As we haven't heard from you in a little while I guess things have gotten busy.

Just wanted to wish you a last good luck before I get some sleep.
