Does anyone have any experience with overseas chip registries?? I have had a fawn bitch come in that is chipped to a registry in Singapore. I assume I can transfer her to ours but I am unsure of the exact way to go about it.

I will call the Council tomorrow and ak their advice but I thought I might see if anyone esle has any experience in this area first.
